Some Common Problems
The memory card will generate current and heat when it is working, and the heat generated will vary according to the usage time, which is a normal phenomenon.
When the new MicroSD card is used for the first time on the driving recorder, it will prompt to format or initialize the memory card, which is a normal phenomenon.
During recording process (high current, voltage) sometimes prompts to format. If there is no important file content, click formatting to continue normal recording.
The format of 32G and below is FAT32; the format of 64G and above is exFAT.
Please carefully confirm the card slot size supported by the device before purchasing to choose micro sd card or sd card. If the micro sd card does not match, you can select auxiliary equipment such as adapters for operation.
Capacity difference: The actual available capacity is equal to 90%-93% of the nominal capacity. There are three reasons: algorithm difference difference; data block reservation; system occupation.
