1. This phone holder requires a combine usage with the metal plate provided. The metal plate must be stuck directly at the back of the mobile device to get the magnetic function. It won't work without applying the metal plate, or the metal plate is placed inside of the phone case/cover.
2. This phone holder is NOT compatible with MagSafe.
3. Please deep clean the mounting area / the back of the phone BEFORE applying any items/accessories. The phone holder/metal plate might not stick well if there is any dust/oil stains.
