3 Aroma Zones
Perforation frequency varies by zone in this system of multi-layer filtration. The top zone prevents bitterness and ensures a balanced aroma. The middle zone supports even, consistent brewing while refining the coffee's aroma. The lower zone or "pre-brewing zone" unfolds the first aromas in your coffee. Natural Brown and White
While Melitta's natural brown coffee filters are untreated, their white coffee filters are whitened using natural oxygen. While the two colours appear different, there is no difference in taste between them. Naturally, all of Melitta coffee filters are 100% decomposable.
