STEP 1 - Select preferred shape stencil and position the stencil starting at the inner section of the eyebrow. STEP 2 - Hold the stencil firmly, and using your application brush and powder work the brush in both directions over the hair (you may need to reposition the stencil to match the tail end of your natural brow to achieve the perfect shape) STEP 3 - Blend the colour by using the slanted edge of the brush and tidy around your eyebrow. STEP 4 - With a clean peice of cotton, dab the brow to set. STEP 5 - Dust off the stencile and repeat on the other eye brow.
